found interesting and most powerful? Include both physical and
emotional/psychological/social effects. Most importantly, what are the most important
PERSONAL benefits you have received from exercise/walking or hope to?

Second- Response this discussion: When I was researching information about the benefits of
walking, I found that by walking just 2 minutes out of every hour can drastically increase your
life span. I believe that by just simpling walking for two minutes every hour can be extremely
beneficial and by that being such a small amount of time, I hope it can motivate people to walk.
Not only can walking be great for your physical health, it can also be beneficial for people’s
mental health. My personal benefits I hope to achieve from this walking class is to improve my
mental health, to allow myself to be able to clear my mind just by walking. Not only is my
mental health a priority when it comes to walking I also hope to improve my physical health.
